hi mark im not from new zealand but from windsor ontario canada i dont know much about my ancestors but am searching onfo on it all i know is my grandfather james lumsden came to canada from scotland he made his home in nova scotia and there my father was born my father dennis lumsden then move to where i live now in windsor ontario.thats pretty much all i know about my family back ground.
anyways id like to hear from ya about your family background and maybe you know of somewere i could get some info about my family

Welcome to the forum.
My anscestry  as far as I have managed to glean it, is available on the web at http://lumsden.lmphotonics.com Find more information is a case of persistent asking relations and searching on the web for known relations in the hope that there may be some ancesterial information available.
Feel free to post what you know on this forum, create a new thread, and you may get some good replies. The more information you post, the greater the chance of getting info.
